As a labor market analyst with the Texas Workforce Commission, Clayton worked closely with economic developers, public policy makers, corporations, and real estate professionals for nearly ten years to help retain and attract businesses to Texas. Clayton has served as the editor of the widely distributed Texas Labor Market Review newsletter and has been regularly quoted in the news media regarding trends in the statewide and local area economies. Clayton uses his experience working with economic data to assist his clients in making informed real estate decisions. Being a native Austinite and investor himself, Clayton has observed first hand the growth and changes that have occurred in the local real estate market. Clayton earned a bachelor's degree with honors in Economics and Finance and served in the U.S. Navy.
